To join our network our team members must exhibit the required experience, passion and love for all things family. Strong communication, reliability, professionalism and skill to match the LBC mission and vision.
Be CPR and First Aid certified
Have valid Drivers License, Fluency in both oral and written English, Authorization to work in the US.
Be Trustline Certified (or willingness to)
Other skills like driving, swimming, cooking, sports, the arts and more…
