We only have a couple spots available and only take new moms twice a year.
If we close your application you will be invited to pay your move-in fees and attend orientation.
Move-In and OrientationMove into your comfortable accommodations and receive a thorough orientation explaining our rules and expectations for moms.
Meet other residents and begin redeeming support.

Moms can stay for a term of up to 3 years according to your needs and our availability.
Moms must follow home rules. If mom has any concerns she will address them with management and management will establish solutions or remedies if applicable.
Breaking house rules may result in exclusion from the program or rent increases.
Moms must maintain employement to remain in the program. Any issue must be reported to home manager. -
We provide discounted housing rent starts at $1100 - $1500 mo.

We offer a comprehensive program of education in areas such as self-care, infant care, independent living skills, counseling, relationships, life planning, employment, and more. Get hands-on experience, with the support of our dedicated staff. Instruction in nutrition, childbirth, parenting, and homemaking skills are offered.

Emotional and Psychological Support: Our counselors and support staff are available to provide emotional and psychological support. We offer individual and group counseling sessions to help you navigate the challenges and joys of pregnancy and motherhood.

What is a Maternity Home?

Can I have Guests?
A: Yes, visitors are allowed during designated hours and days with staff approval for special occasions. However, overnight guests are not permitted.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required upon move-in. This deposit is refundable upon move-out, provided there are no damages and all financial obligations are met.
Is your organization religious?
We are not religious and will not pressure you with religion but we will support any of your spiritual goals.
Who can apply?
Our home is open to expectant mothers of any age who need a safe and supportive environment during their pregnancy and postpartum period. We welcome women from all backgrounds and circumstances.
Do you provide any educational programs?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive program of education in areas such as self-care, infant care, independent living skills, counseling, relationships, Full Spectrum Doula Training, and employment. Instruction in nutrition, childbirth, parenting, and homemaking skills are also provided.
Do your drug test residents?
No. We do not drug test our residents.
How much is rent?
Rent is required monthly and must be paid by the 5th of each month to avoid a late fee. $2000 a month - $1500 mo*. This covers your accommodation, meals, and access to all our services and programs and equipment. We can arrange payment plans based on individual financial situations. Subject to change*.
